Product Function
This product is a grinding body used in ball mill, pot mill, vibrating mill and other fine grinding plants. It has advantages of high hardness, high volumetric density and anticorrosion. With the smashing efficiency and scuff-resistance much better than that of common ball-stone or natural cobble stone, it is widely used in ceramics, glass, porcelain enamel, pigment, chemicals and other trade.
APPLICATION OF THERMAL STORAGE ALUMINA BALL
This product takes super fine
alumina as the chief material, and forming by isostatic pressure or rolling
method, fired by the most advanced Non-different Temperature Technology. It is
widely used as the thermal storage packing ball. Characteristics: high crushing
strength, high corrosion resistance, high thermal shock resistance, good thermal
stability and efficiency, big density and thermal conductivity, cost effective
and long service time. Thermal storage ceramic
ball is widely used for the furnace of metallurgical, iron and steel industry,
being applicable to heat accumulator of air separating equipment and gas heater
of furnace in the steel factory .
