HEADCEL HPMC for Construction application:
1. Marshalling mortar and plaster mortar
Its high moist keeping character can fully hydrate cement, increase sticking strenghth,improve construction effect, improve work efficiency, and enhance tensile strength and shear strength at the same time.
2. Waterproof lacquer putty Cellulose in lacquer putty is for moist keeping, sticking and lubricating, to avoid cracking or powder falling off caused by fast desiccation, enhance the adhesive force of lacquer
putty, and reduce sagging in construction at the same time to make construction smooth and easy.
3. Rendering plaster series In plaster series products, cellulose ether is mainly for moist keeping, thickening and lubricating, and it has some coagulation delaying effect; therefore, it can solve the
problems of cracking in construction and non sufficient initial strength to prolong the working life.
4. Interphase agent Used as thickening agent, which can enhance tensile strength and anti-shear strength, improve surface coating, and enhance adhesive force and sticking strength.
5. Heat preservation mortar for outer wall In this material, cellulose ether is to stick and enhance strength for easy coating of mortar, improving working efficiency, and anti-sagging. The high moist keeping character can prolong the working time of mortar, improving anti-shrinking and chapping character,improving surface quality, and enhancing sticking strength.
6. Ceramic tile adhesive Because of its high moist keeping character, it is not necessary for pre-marinating or moisturizing the tile or the floor, and the sticking strength can be improved. The
construction period of mortar can be prolonged, the mortar is more fine and even for easy construction, and has better anti-slippage ability.
7. Sealing compound By adding cellulose ether, it will give better edge sticking ability, low shrinking ratio and high anti-abrasion ability; therefore, it can protect floor material from mechanical damage
and avoid negative effect to the building from water leakage.
8. Automatic flow flat material The steady viscosity of cellulose ether ensures good fluidity and automatic flow ability. Controlled moist keeping ratio can make concretion rapidly to reduce chapping and shrinking.

9.Emulsion paint In dope industry, cellulose ether can be used as membrane forming agent, thickening agent, emulsifier and stabilizer to give better anti-abrasion ability, even coating, adhesive
force to the membrane, and improve pH stabilizer ability of surface tension. Mixing with organic solvent also has good effect that its high moist keeping character can give better coating and leveling property.
10.Beehive ceramics It can endue lubricity and moist keeping character to the semi-finished ceramics, and enhance its strength in new beehive ceramics.
